Throughout my career in leading large change portfolios across many organisations, there's one consistent thing that is so important – we lead through our people. It’s all about the people, and success or failure absolutely hinges on organisations hiring the right people, recognising their strengths and development areas and giving support to enable them to flourish, grow and be their best.

 

I qualified as a Professional Coach at Henley Business School in 2017.  Prior to that I had informally mentored and coached people as part of my senior leadership roles for many years and have been very involved in the Women In Leadership agenda. I moved from portfolio management to a Head of Capability and Development role because that’s where my passion lay. As a Coaching Ambassador, I have been active in coaching and mentoring for both teams and individuals.
 

My top personal strength using the Clifton Strengths diagnostic  tool, is ‘Individualisation’ – what this means;

‘People who are especially talented in the Individualisation theme are intrigued with the unique qualities of each person. They have a gift for figuring out how people who are different can work together productively’. 

 

The greatest pleasures in my career have come from seeing people grow and flourish.
